The project is carried out by the prestigious studio Jose Antonio Menéndez-Morán Reverte a specialist in residential building and urban planning, although it has also undertaken public, commercial, industrial, tertiary, and hotel architecture. In the field of residential architecture, since its foundation in 1980, the studio has designed, and more importantly, constructed and completed, more than 11,500 homes in the Community of Madrid alone. These range from public housing to recent luxury developments, many of which are in buildings listed as B.I.C. (Bien de Interés Cultural) or with lower levels of protection.
